OffGridNav Support

OffGridNav puts the power to update road and address data in the hands of county 911 offices, bringing locally maintained information to offline maps and directions for iPhone and iPad.

Get started

  1. Open Active Data, then Available.
  2. Select Letcher County, KY and download the pack while connected to the internet.
  3. Open Installed and activate the pack. You can activate up to three installed packs.
  4. Open Route, choose Start From and Destination, and generate a route.
  5. Select a route option and start guidance. Use Map or Text to follow it.

Letcher County, Kentucky is the only currently available county. Coverage is limited to downloaded county data.

Using the app offline

Download and activate the county pack before losing connectivity. Maps, address searches, and route calculation then run on your device. Location access is needed to show your live position. Voice availability depends on the voices installed on your device.

Pack not appearing or download interrupted

Check your internet connection and available device storage, reopen Active Data, and retry the download. An installed pack must be activated before it can be used for routing.

Plan without location access

Choose a start and destination from the downloaded county’s address or road search. You do not need to be physically in Letcher County to explore routes there.

Read or export directions

In Text, select View Directions. Adjust the text size, toggle Stats or Sights, and export as text or an image.

Road and address corrections

To report a missing road, incorrect road name, address issue, or routing problem, email hello@interexact.com with the county, affected road or address, and a description of the issue. Reports help identify data that needs review; changes appear on your device after an updated county pack becomes available and you download it.
